I have a HP 1945 Pocket PC and can no longer sync with my PC. Both my 

handheld and my PC say they are connected but they are not. If I go to 

my PC's window explorer and look for my Ipaq, it says it is not 

connected but the green icon in the bottom right of the screen says it
