Mail Server Farm Subnet Not Recognized

Please note the following from my mail.log:

The first attempt was from 63.254.174.142, the second from 
63.254.174.139. The triplet was otherwise identical. Isn't
postgrey 
supposed to strip the final octet of the client's IP address
and 
therefore permit the 11:21:00 attempt to succeed? What do I
need to 
tweak to make that happen?

What parameters do you use to start postgrey???
