My client is a telecom company in the suburbs of NYC that
seeks a
seasoned developer to code Python applications to interface
with the web
as well as back-end databases. The position is budgeted
through the end
of September, but has the possibility of being extended. My
client
prefers to have someone work on-site, but is flexible.
There are multiple projects that entail enterprise-wide
applications in
addition to externally facing applications. You will be
able to work on
Linux clusters, database clusters, load balancing, and
hardware
monitoring in addition to application development. While
the company is
large, the group is small and lots of fun.
