PowerDNS Recursor 3.1.5-snapshot5 available

Be aware that the .deb and .rpm snapshots now require
availability of glibc
2.4!

This version is very close to what will be released, so
please test it! It
is used in production in some places already.

Compared to snapshot4:

 - The built-in authoritative server works again (reported
by Stefan
   Schmidt)

 - added 'allow-from-file' by Sten Spans

 - fix issue where nl.archive.ubuntu.org (and de) would not
resolve. Thanks
   to Matti Hiljanen and Stefan Schmidt for debugging and
fixes

 - cross-platform random generator added

Left to add:

 - Multiple forwarders per domain
