execute but you are not having it send anything to the
screen.

that second link you posted is broken.  describe what you
are trying
to do and tell us any errors you're given.  if you are
expecting to
see something but get something else, tell us what these
"somethings"
are or it is hard to see what is wrong.

ok i get this error when i go to the link....
at the bottom that php tag i forgot to delete that but it
doesnt
matter bec. it didnt work to begin with. my assignment is to
make a
form and have the input from the user write to my table.
first i put
my own entries in the php code and it didnt work. I just
confused  on
the syntax. i think its all wrong.  what is the proper
snytax. my
whole code is on the txt file
