Creating new site

Hi there,

I am creating a new site which is designed to hold a user's
catalogue
of recipe and allow for some interaction. I am doing this in
my spare
time and the purpose of it is educational, i am not a
professional
developer but I want to learn more, especially how to
develop within a
team.

I would like someone who is willing to help out, anybody
interested?
