Hmm I personally use MS Visual C++ 2008 Express. And I am
probably the 
only dev using it, because other devs are not using Windows
;)

Most people use their own favorite editor (Vim/TextMate),
and just use
qmake+make to build the project.

Qt has a designer for their UI moc's, but besides that most people use their favourite

code editor: vi/vim/emacs/kate/ultraedit/notepad/notepad++/visual
studio - pick one

I use visual studio not just because it is a nice editor,
but also a 
great debugger.

Other devs probably not, but other people do use Windows and
seldom do 
some programming. ;)
