MUC paste nick by click

There is patch, that makes nicks in a muc-room become a
link, at a clique on 
which in the editor of the message is inserted
"NICK:", like in tkabber

link with CSS-style, that it was to not distinguish from the
text:

"<a href="addnick://%1"
style="color: "+nickcolor+";
text-decoration: none; 
">%1</a>"
