| I noticed the "daemon" configuration parameter which at
least solved one of the two issues.

Until now we have just run OpenPegasus on Windows and logging works just
fine. There's a configuration property "logdir" set to ./logs and in that
directory there's PegasusError and PegasusStandard. Also, running pegasus in a
command prompt does not spawn a new thread so we're able to see output directly
on stdout too.
But when running OpenPegasus on Linux (Ubuntu) we doesn't any logging at
all. Pegasus spawns a new thread in the background so nothing is printed to our
stdout and there is no "logs" directory. Actually there isn't even a "logdir"
configuration property. Trying to manually create that property yields an error,
CIM_ERR_NOT_FOUND configuration property "logdir".
How am I supposed to enable logging on Linux? I also would like OpenPegasus
not do run as a daemon so any prints to stdout is shown.
(OpenPegasus compiles and runs fine as it seems, although I have some
problems with my Provider that I want to solve by checking the logs).
Thanks,
-Patrik
