Hi ,
Thanks for your response.
I am a new developer and few of my questions might be silly. Please bear with me.

I am using standard file-transfer protocol (JEP 0095,JEP 0096, JEP 0065,JEP 0066 , JEP 0030).

I am a bit confuse about how to incorporate this mapping into CPIM. I would like to reframe my question for my own better understanding. rfc3922 claims that CPIM can be used as a 'union' object which will be used as a gateway between XMPP and non-XMPP service, and it does exactly the same thing in case of <message/> packets of xmpp but not in case of <iq>.But in many cases ( file-transfer case) we need to route the <iq/>; packet through IM server.
Now my questions are :
(1)How to do this XMPP to SIP mapping through CPIM model?
(the message flow would be xmpp <=> CPIM <=> SIP)
I mean this mapping will be through CPIM ..right? As i understand we will agree upon a 'union' kind of prototype 'XMSI' (as an example union of JEP-0065 and corresponding SIP packet prototype.) At first conversion we will convert XMPP to XMSI and then XMSI to SIP.

(2) how to incorporate this union prototype XMSI ithrough CPIM ? Possible solutions i think are we might define XMSI kind of object also and we will call the current CPIM object as MESSAGE type object. Thus CPIM will have two different kind of object. Other solution is this XMSI will be a new syntax for a lang. like XML rather than being an object and we can convert xmpp to XMSI format and write that in the current CPIM message body.

Please clarify me on these questions.
Thanks and regards
Binit
