Pylons 0.8 broken dependancy ?

I just wanted to ask if this could be fixed in the current
pylons0.8
version.... I had to install pylons on 2 machines this
weekend, and it
is a small but unnecessary bug. It was not a problem to fix,
but it
might be a threshold/barrier for people who are not that
familiar with
setuptools.

I also hit this after updating simplejson to 1.3 for
something else and
the Pylons EGG requires file has simplejson==1.1 so that
croaked until
I changed it to >= in my local setup.
