New features in the wiki

Hi,
first of all, thanks a lot to the people that has
contributed to the
wiki in the last days/hours. I want your work to be
acknowledge, so I
have activated the authentication system. Now you can sign
up in the
PythonCAD wiki.

A user asked for a method to translate the pages of the
wiki. I have
started the spanish translation and have explained how to
make a
translation in this page:
