Cursor.description when Cursor.rowcount == 0

Dear folks,
    Thank you very much for sharing that interpretation, 
the arguments, 
and, even more importantly, that counter example (from 
Marc-Andre 
Lemburg and Carsten Haese).  Based on that feedback I will
revise my 
implementation to have .description give None only when
there is no 
result set (due to either query not yet given, query failed,
or query 
not DQL).
