Excessive screen redraws in Upload Project

It seems that in the upload project dialog, during file
upload, the form is 
re-laid out for every file being uploaded, causing excessive
wear and tear on 
X when uploading large sets of files, say ~35 MiB of files.

This is especially an issue when the session has limited
bandwidth, like via 
NX.

Should I file a bug report on this issue, or has it already
been handled, etc?

Never noticed it, so it's not handled.
