Failed compile

When I tried to install Quanta on freeBSD 6.1, KDE-Base
3.5.3, I got the 
following error message:

Unless you have a specific reason for not doing so, the
best thing on freebsd is to compile from an updated ports
tree:
# cd /usr/ports/www/kdewebdev/
# make install clean
