Turning off the File Information Pop up window

Yes, it is possible to turn of with a hidden option. I have to look at 
the code though  to see how...you have to enter 
ShowToolTips=false

in $KDEHOME/share/config/quantarc under the corresponding section for 
the treeview where you dont want the tooltips. E.g
[FilesTreeView]
ShowToolTips=false

and restart Quanta.
