Missing info in whois practice of TLD owners

Hello,
We have 2 domains in the rfc-ignorant database:
 * netnoc.eu ->
http://www.rfc-ig
norant.org/tools/detail.php?domain=eu&submitted=11433760
42&table=whois
 * incrowd.be ->
http://www.rfc-ig
norant.org/tools/detail.php?domain=be&submitted=11433011
72&table=whois

Indeed, there is info missing from the whois. But if you
whois these
domains you can see a notice that refers to a webbased dns,
where you
can see the additional information.
This seems to be the practice of the TLD owners ( eurid.eu
for the eu
domain and dns.be for the .be ) : they hide specific data
for 'normal'
whois'es ( registrant and for the .eu also
name,organisation, address
and language of the technical contacts ) but display it on a
webbased whois.

I found more about this practice in these documents:

http://www.eurid.eu/images/Documents/WHOIS_Policy/
whois_en.pdf
http://www.dns.be/pdf/Enduser_Terms_And_Conditions
_nl_v4.1.pdf

How can we resolve this? I would like to get our domains
out of
rfc-ignorant list but don't know how.
Thanks,
Dieter

This is called "Hoop jumping"

the RFCs are quite clear that a WHOIS server must be
provided and ICANN
has been forcing registrars in gTLDs to provide these.

Which is why those ccTLDs are listed as RFC-ignorant.

Get the registrars to implement WORKING, RFC-compliant WHOIS
servers.
