Try <rpm-devellists.dulug.duke.edu>. In fact I will

Dunno enough about mono to answer immediately. Hmmm, it
sounds
like the version in the library soname is going to prevent a
single  
linkage,
which is by intent, since rpmlib has neever guaranteed a
stable ABI  
between
minor releases.
