Add --specsrpm to query parsed source rpm header.

Easiest to explain by example:

     $ vi /tmp/rpm-specsrpm.patch
     $ rpm -q --qf '[%n]' --specsrpm time.spec
     time-1.7.tar.gz
     $ rpm -q --qf '[%n]' --specsrpm time.spec
     time-1.7-destdir.patch

Caveat emptor: There's more that needs doing to produce a
source rpm
header earlier, and the attached patch may have broken
package builds
that use
     BuildArchitecture: noarch
