Hi! This is the ezmlm program. I'm managing the
dev rapidsvn.tigris.org mailing list.
Messages to you from the dev mailing list seem to
have been bouncing. I've attached a copy of the first
bounce
message I received.
If this message bounces too, I will send you a probe. If the
probe bounces,
I will remove your address from the dev mailing list,
without further notice.
I've kept a list of which messages from the dev mailing list
have
bounced from your address.
Copies of these messages may be in the archive.
To retrieve a set of messages 123-145 (a maximum of 100 per
request),
send an empty message to:
<dev-get.123_145 rapidsvn.tigris.org>
To receive a subject and author list for the last 100 or so
messages,
send an empty message to:
<dev-index rapidsvn.tigris.org>
Here are the message numbers:

Subject: RapidSVN POLL: what do you think about a coding
style change
Our "old" coding style looks like this:
wxString
fooFunction (int param1, int param2)
{
if (param1)
{
bar (param1);
}
switch (param1)
{
case 1:
wow ();
break;
default:
whatnot ();
}
return _("Howdie");
}
This style is ANSI+ the option parent outer (space between
called
function name and opening brace). This style has been used
from the very
beginning, but I really am getting tired of it. So, I would
like to
remove the paren-outer option:
wxString
fooFunction(int param1, int param2) // remove space
{
if (param1) // space on control stays
{
bar(param1);
}
switch (param1)
{
case 1:
wow();
break;
default:
whatnot();
}
return _("Howdie");
}
So, what do you people out there think?
This poll will run for 2 weeks, until 2008-04-14.
So, if you want to make the change happen, reply and add
"PRO" in the
subject line, otherwise "CON".
Alex
