Switch URL crashes from Folder Browser

Hm, can you give the recipe to reproduce this, Joe? I just
checked this with
RapidSVN built against Subversion 1.3.2. My steps:
- I created a repository c:reposfoo
- Checkout a working copy c:wcfoo 
- Created a new folder (not within rapidsvn)
- Selected the bookmark c:wcfoo in the folder browser
- Chose Repository->Switch URL
- got the switch dialog correct with the URL
