There are no options to switch EOL in BDB. Files which had
been changed at error
 are all binary formatted. ASCII file is only (static)
configuration file in DBD
environment directory(db in repository).

I tried to change EOL definition in APR. I modified
configure.in to change
APR_EOL_STR in apr.h.
   *mingw*)
       .....
       eolstr="\n"
to:
       eolstr="\r\n"
After I did, Notepad.exe is working fine to write log... But
BDB was not affected. 

Well, my issue seems like;

The same message "unable to allocate memory for mutex;
resize mutex region" was
shown in the same case of mine.

I will post a new issue that focused to this BDB bug.
