Thanks for that, i kinda meant about the package target
rather than
java itself. Maybe it might work for c software aswell. I
tried it out
building a php update package and seemed to install and run
fine. So
the vmware ubuntu on a macbook pro with its architecture of
intel duo
core 2 and a target package of amd64.
Im not too sure though if the linutop will be able to
compile amd64
packages for the opteron server, we shall see.
