Yeah, firstboot wouldn't scale enough, to let new users come
to an
existing system and learn about it.

So something like "About Fedora"  turned into an
interactive, "this is
how you do foo, bar"-type of program? More like a small
tour of the
system, which ends with a list of links to the other guides
we've got
lying around here.

Could be doable with firefox as Karsten mentioned earlier.
