Merged with minor arrangements.

1) move sg_read() out of readsector0.c to share it cleanly
2) improve the MSG() macro to avoid to 2-steps process
(sprinf(str, fmt,
args) && MSG(c, str))
3) remove condlogs to avoid linking to libmultipath
4) remove vector.h include, remnant of an old iteration of
the patch

Looks good, except that this very small change which I
submitted last Wednesday might have gotten lost.

.. just a simple change to multipath/main.c:update_paths()
to set the mpp field of each path so that the immediately
following call to pathinfo() will call get_state() on a
path with its  mpp field set.  This enables "multipath
-ll"
to utilize the shared context field of the multipath struct.
