Limiting access to a subset of available CPUs

I think you confuse.   on limit.conf "domain" is
NOT
similar to "domain" which ORACLE accept. 
"domain" on
SUN E10000 and Mainfrane are real sperate hardware to
different Virtual machines.

Redhat AS and ES still NOT support that kind of
function.
