Does anybody know what impact this change will have on RH systems which
are no longer supported? Specifically, RHL 7.3 and RHL 9.0.
Unfortunately, we still have a couple of these and may not be off of
them at the time the new DST rules go into effect.

There is a patch for RHEL 2.1 and that might work on 7.3 but you have to
be very careful since I believe it's a glibc change (I only glanced at
the 2.1 notes).
What part of "no longer supported" did you not understand?

A lot of folks are converting systems to GMT if they cannot be patched
(i.e. Red Hat 7.x, Solaris 2.5.1, etc).
