Thanks, but i have put _netdev under fstab and iscsi disk
are not mounted when 
host is rebooted .. I am using Rhel 4 U4 ...

Use rc.local file is not a solution because i need to start
a service (apache) 
before rc.local is executed ...

Do you have the iscsi daemon set up? It should be on for
runlevels 2, 3,
4, & 5.

chkconfig --list iscsi
