Problem with LDAP server after the latest update

Dear all,

Today, I've updated a server that run with Red Hat AS 4.
Since, my LDAP server 
doesn't work well.

In fact, the LDAP server starts and stops without problem.
The problem is that my application can't reach it. For
instance, if I try to 
run any ldap client tool locally, I get the error :
"ldap_sasl_interactive_bind_s: Can't contact LDAP
server (-1)"

The configuration of my server is the following
(slapd.conf):

Does somebody know what is going wrong ?
