.My newly created user's GUI on my sever are messed-up

I have created three users on my RedHat sever I can access
the three accounts from remote terminals but when I try to
access the acconts from the sever there home directory GUI
is completely distored.
Fonts are nonexistant, all of  the boxes are distorted.
Any seggestions

I recently install AS 2.1 and have been trying since to
register it. 
Each time, it reports an ssl error. I have checked all
possible causes 
from the faqs to no avail. Any suggestions?

Many of these errors seem to be caused by problems with the
time
and/or date being too far out of sync. The first thing I
would check
is that the time and date are accurate on your system.
