Java Perl Lingo

Greetings,
I have been integrating Java and Perl with Java Perl Lingo
(JPL)
recently.  I had to install perl from CPAN so I could get
the jpl
functions I needed.  Is there a perl package available from
redhat that
includes the jpl functionality?  I searched the network, but
couldn't
find any reference to jpl.

RedHat ES 3.0
