Hello,
Maybe you can help me.
I just installed a Fedora Core 5 (No updates made) and want
to connect
via X-Deep 4.6.5.
On an previous RedHat9 installation everything worked.
I made the same adjustments within KDE / Login-Options as on
RH9 and
use the same XDeep configuration.
But no connection could be establisehd. I adjusted.
I get as an error : Root tile could not be created.
Then I adjusted the following
- /etc/X11/xdm/xdm-config -> comment out
Displaymanager.requestPort: 0
- /etc/X11/xdm/kdmrc -> setting enable = true in the
xdmcp section
- Allowing all host access in /etc/X11/xdm/Xaccess
I connect and get flashing(seeing screen for a very small
time) remote
screens. After some flashings I got the same error.
I hope you can help me...
