Permissions

Trying to setup permissions in RHLF-2.  I have a setup which
allows
windows everyone to access a folder & files in it on my
RHLF-2 machine.
 If you are in windows you can do what ever you like to the
file which
is fine.  What I don't want to is to let the windows users
delete the
folder where all the files are kept.  How do I do this?  I
would like
to u8se the GUI if I can, cause I'm a lazy windoz user.
