Hi again Ellis:
Do you know the max amount of HGH for women? There are so few of
them out there as sounding boards; making it difficult to get any
type of information base built. I take 1 iu daily; but want to
increase the amount.
I have heard of the carpal tunnel type warnings if men over do it
too much; but are there different ramifications for women?
Thanks again,
Michelle
[Hello Michelle... I think that if you are taking 1 iu per day
without a problem, and you want to try 1.5 iu per day, the worst
that cam happen is that you find that you have a bit of pain in
your wrist, so you drop back to 1 iu per day, and there is nothing
lost.
In other words, DON'T BE AFRAID of raising your dose from 1 iu to
1.5 iu since YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE by trying. If you notice pain
in your wrist, then drop back to 1.0 iu which you know is o.k., and
the pain will go away.
And if you don't notice any pain in your wrist, then you might
like the dose of 1.5 iu better than 1.0... I think the maximum
might be the same as for men, but I don't know where that is...
I know that 15 iu or 18 iu for 2 or 3 months is the dose that is
RECOMMENDED for persons who are HIV+, and I think that is for
males and females. So 1 or 2 or 3 iu is really not going to get
you into any big trouble.
Tell us how you are feeling with HGH? Do you notice your skin
looks better, fewer wrinkles, tighter around your arm and neck
and cheeks?... do you notice you have more energy?... better mood?...
do you sleep better? Please let us know. Thanks for writing,
- Ellis]
