And that is a very important test indeed. I get it
done every year with my urologist -- the only thing
that makes it acceptable is his nurse is an absolute
stunning blonde and always makes eyes. (I'm married.)
Anyway, get your butt-test and your PSA test every
year - and oh year, while you're at it, be sure to
include a yearly AMAS test. If a woman, substitute
for the first two a serious breast exam.
You'll catch your cancer far earlier if you show
some care, cut smoking, watch the stress, and take
tons of anti-oxidants and other goodies.

but if it is required, for the sake of your life, I suggest
you let yourself get examined.  It can distinguish between
Benign Prostate Hyperplasia and a tumor...
