Well, the guy who gives his opinion under that link says it usually does
return to normal. His advice seems sound.
If it were me, I would find another IPL practitioner. I mean, one major
mistake = they're out, as far as I'm concerned. Obviously alot of people
have IPL and YAG and don't get this effect, so it would appear to be more a
by product of low skill with the procedure or negligence.
