Aurelia posted about a month or so ago about my before and after photos I posted late summer last year. I am reposting those photos now for those who have not seen them and do have the same problem I have.
I firmly believe the antibiotic Dynacin is what cleared me up and actually my skin got better after the "after" shot was taken in August 2005.
My Derm had me on varying amounts of Dynacin during the period and over a 5 month period started to wean me off of it with lower doses.
I stated in the post on Finacea that is what I am now using to keep the P&P's in check. Yes, a few P&P's have attempted to erupt once I was off the Dynacin, but the Finacea is keeping them in check. As soon as I can see or feel that one is going to develop I spot apply the Finacea diligently to that area and it seems to work just like weed killer works on your lawn. 
So, I am now at almost one year of being free of the horrible P&P's and what redness I have is minor compared to the pain and unsightliness of all those P&P's.
