I am not sure if ZZ helps with "red and flushing". I found it helpful for papule and pustule control. Perhaps there was some help with redness and flushing but I didn't notice this as much as the improvement I had with p&p's. I started using ZZ in August 2006 but got slack with it over time. I'm not using it at the moment but I do need to ark it up again properly (not just every now and then), as my p&p's have been a bit wayward of late. I used to use it at night but to be honest, I hate washing my face at night. Blah! Kinda funny, huh! I know what helps control my p&p's but too lazy to do it! Urgh! I will get back to it though, as it was the best thing I found for p&p control.
I should probably add that when my face was at it's best last year, I was also regularly using my red LED array. Very calming for the skin. I also started a natural healing diet in May 2006 but that has slipped too now. Sigh! Oh to be perfect! LOL I do know however, if I use ZZ for my p&p control, red LED array every day to keep my skin calm and the natural healing diet...whah lah...I have a clear face! Just takes determination and a staying power - will power. Sigh! Can someone send me a 'will power pack' in the mail please? LOL Just kidding!
