I have had great luck with both Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil capsules for
ocular rosacea and my fair skin has also become less red, sensitive, reactive with
almost no small papules. Barbara

After someone on here recommended taking flaxseed oil was good for
their rosacea, I have been trying it. It is working well. I had very
bad eyes for a few months there, they were very dry and very red - I
actually couldn't have a "proper" glaucoma test because my eyes dried
out too much for the test to be valid.
I have had chlorsig for the blephritis of my eyelashes, and have been
taking 3 capsules of flaxseed oil every day. I actually had purchased
a humidifier for my office, but haven't needed to run it for the last
few weeks. My tears feel much more refreshing, if that makes sense.
Just wanted to mention it in case it helps someone else.
