I take 3 flaxseed oil capsules a day, at night. Flaxseed oil has
omega 3, 6 and 9. Fish oil doesn't have 6 and 9, as far as I
recall. Flaxseed oil is also vegetarian if that matters to you.
I also use Rosex for my face, but only when it flares up. And
chlorsig for my eyes, again when they flare up - but have been using
it for a few weeks. I was using the flaxseed oil before the chlorsig
and it did make a difference to the quality of my tears. Which was
good because the artificial tears were doing nothing for me.
