Am I the only person out there that has a rebound effect when I try to stop
Protopic? I have been using Protopic (unfortunately, it seems) for several
years. One little area between my lip and nose. I have never actually bought
a tube... just use samples and never actually finished the tube before I
toss it due to expiration. So it is a small amount of the .03%. But, I am
trying to get pregnant and stopped the Protopic during my last embryo transfer
and the rebound effect is really bad. I had a miscarriage anyhow and started
using the Protopic again and my skin is back under control. The warnings on
this product scare the heck out of me. How do I stop using this stuff for
good?

Amy,

I have the same issue with Protopic. I find its the only thing that
keeps my papules under control. I have been using Protopic for almost
4 years and have tried other things in order to get off of it. Right
now I am having success with Orecea and Finacea and Noritate. But I
still use Protopic a little at night.

Hope this helps.
