Hi Artist,
I just purchased Saw Palmetto at the local Vitamin Shoppe and have been debating taking
it for a few days now. I know it changes our hormones somehow, but there aren't any
clinical trials on side effects, etc. so I thought you might know a little more about it?
Also, I've been hearing lots about "licorice" lately... Is there an oil or something that people
are using? Do you just spread it on the face? And, have you heard anything about
Herpanisine? Sorry to ask so many questions, but you seem to know lots about all this
Elyse
