Is it possible to have the msg order in a issue reversed?

Is it possible to have the msg order in a issue reversed? At the moment it read from bottom to top, while I would like to read it from top to bottom. If it is configurable, is it user configurable or system wide? I searched for this on the roundup site, emaillist and documentation, but have not found the answer.
