how to turn off internationalization

Hi

Recently I updated our tracker from roundup-0.8 to 1.3.3 and
surprised my
users with German-language issues (most of them use German
as their locale).
Since they have become used to the English-language
interface I would like to
give it back to them, but I don't know how.

I guess there is a configuration option somewhere that
disables
internationalization.  Is there?

Any hint appreciated

In config.ini:

   use_browser_language = no
