Postgres-pr

hi

We're having some trouble with Postgres-pr and its
Error-Handling in  
Nitro Og's adapter. Postgres-pr still seems to be popular at
some  
places, like Rails and Og too, but to me it looks kinda
unmaintained.  
Last release is one and a half years old.

Is postgres-pr still maintained? And by whom?
