App for team codding ?

Hi
I was searhing for some app that was designed for team
programming/codding but i have`t find anything :( do you
know any kind
of this application (RoR) ? it would be nice if i could work
on it
directly
from the server (shell)

... rubyforge.com has a big variety of open-source projects
i'm sure 
some people would be willing to get a hand on ... if this
suits your 
needs. (not sure about shell, but it has svn / cvs control)
