un cache a page

how do i un-cache a page?

i updated my application,
and every works but the cached pages.

for the cached pages, the old pages appear.

Hi ryan,

i used a cache do command in the page header.
and not even ctrl f5 worked.

and is it stuck on the mongrel server?

so i just renamed the layout.  then it worked great.

is there a way to clear that out, or do i have to
restart the mongrel server?
