The new version of the SILC Toolkit is now available! The
source package
of the software is available from the following sources:

This Beta3 brings us again a step closer to final release.
This release
focus mainly on fixing bugs but also introducing a working
Symbian OS
support. As of this release SILC Toolkit supports Symbian
OS. Please
test this release a lot, start porting your applications to
1.1, and
report any problems you encounter. Beta4 will come out next
week and week
after that hopefully we get our release.

Summary of Changes

o Fixed all public headers from anonymous structures.
o Changed silc_buffer_*len macros to inline functions.
o Added silc_utf8_c2w and silc_utf8_w2c to do UTF-8 string
conversion to
and from widechars.
o Fixed client library initialization crash.
o Fixed FSM state continuation when using threads.
o Fixed WIN32 thread creation crash.

The source package is compiled and installed as instructed
