Summary of Changes

o Fixed passphrase authentication with server
o Added "foo#2 appears as foo" support when
"foo" leaves and only one
other "foo" remains.
o Fixed nickname formatting in JOIN and WHOIS notify
handling.
o Fixed channel private key listing with /KEY
o Added /SILC help file for SILC Plugin
o Fixed silc -S crash.

Installation
------------
The source package is compiled and installed as instructed
in the INSTALL
file found from the package. Quick installation:
./configure
make
make install
