jabber invalid host management

Hi Damian,

When creating a jabber account if we specify an invalid host
an 
UnknownHostException is thrown from the XMPPConnection, but
could you 
please throw an OperationFailedException, when something
goes wrong. I 
need this in order to be able to show a message to the user
in the GUI, 
which explains the cause of the failure.
